Free Introductory Consultation

I offer a free online (video) or phone consultation for potential new therapy clients (up to 20 minutes in length). Visit my CONTACT page to request your appointment.

Superbills

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I am happy to provide clients with a monthly superbill upon request.

A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the information insurance companies typically require for potential reimbursement. Clients may submit this document to their insurance provider to seek partial reimbursement, depending on their plan’s out-of-network benefits.

Please note:

• Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your insurance provider

• Clients are responsible for verifying their own out-of-network mental health benefits

• I cannot communicate with insurance companies on your behalf

I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask:

• Whether you have out-of-network mental health benefits

• What percentage of each session may be reimbursed

• Whether there is a deductible that must be met

If you have questions about Superbills or need help understanding how to submit one, I’m happy to discuss this with you. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Standard Fee

• $300 for a 50 minute session

Payment Terms

All fees are due at the start of each session.

I reserve the right to charge additional fees for out-of-session consultations, letter writing, phone calls or other services related to your treatment. You will be informed of any additional fees before the services are provided.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee.
