Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
-
I offer online neurodivergent-affirming therapy using talk therapy, art therapy, and somatic approaches. Sessions are tailored to how you process, communicate, and feel most comfortable.
-
My fee is $300 for a 50-minute individual therapy session and $400 for a 50-minute couples therapy session. I’m happy to answer any questions about fees or the therapy process before you get started.
-
I work with autistic and ADHD adults, neurodivergent clients, couples, and people navigating trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, bipolar disorder, burnout, and life transitions.
-
It means therapy that respects how your brain works, rather than treating neurodivergence as something that needs to be fixed. We can work with your needs, sensory preferences, communication style, and nervous system.
-
You do not have to rely on talking alone. Depending on what feels helpful, we can incorporate art, body awareness, somatic work, reflection, or simply a different pace and structure.
-
Yes. I provide virtual therapy to clients located in California, so you can attend sessions from a private space that feels comfortable to you.
-
A consultation gives us a chance to talk about what you’re looking for, answer questions, and see whether working together feels comfortable before you commit to ongoing therapy.
